Ideal for research labs where

valued. The 800L is configurable
and expandable and rated for high forces (7500 lb)
yet controls very low loads (mN / subgram). The actuators
are available with long stroke options yet offer high
precision position control (0.1 micron).

Actuators are selected
for maximum force, speed (hz) and stroke. Each actuator
is matched to a power pack which requires 110V or
220V. Load cells, LVDT's,
encoders and extensometers are selected to needs.
NOTE: servo-all-electric actuators offer very high
resolution control and may be used in small low force
tests with a small load cell. |

The Servocontroller
is the heart of any test system and key to usable
test data. The 2350 leads the industry in speed (20
kHz) and control resolution (24 bit) . It offers multiple
features including user settable ranging,
a lower noise floor and when coupled with servo-all-electric
actuators offering amazing load, strain and stroke
bandwidth.

2350 controllers
have two software control products to choose from
- single channel (MTL) or multichannel (MS). In addition,
optional software products include Global Data Sharing

The 800L can be configured as
a biaxial axial torsion test system with the addition
of hardware and software associated with a second
torsional channel. The torsion channel can be supplied
as either an integrated biaxial package that is to
be used always as a single station axial / torsional
tandem actuator set or as a module which then enables
the user to configure two stations (one axial - second
torsion). If biaxial tests are the single focus -
purchase an integrated package. If not, consider the
flexibility of being able to go back and forth and
having a second station at no added cost. |

with our test systems. Medical testing applications

Extremely small loads and displacements
call for special attention to the configuration of
the test system. Load cell and stroke sensor selection,
coupled with high resolution signal conditioning makes
it possible to stretch the performance and resolution
of an 800L. |

High frequency tests require
LM actuators which approach test speeds of 100 Hz.
Several force ranges are available in vertical or
horizontal mounted arrangements. Ideal for high speed
low force tests (medical devices and electronics).
Actuator strokes of 25 mm (1") and more are available.
The same machine is capable of static tests. |
