two software based products for quasi-static testing
applications. Either way,

R Series controllers
offer several hardware and software configurations and enable
measurement and control using encoders, LVDT's, load cells
and extensometers. The same products are used for higher
speed dynamic applications and used to drive actuators in
sinusodial fatigue tests as well.
R Series software products
are easy to learn and use and are installable by experienced
users who want to reduce purchase costs. Tests
are configured and stored for later use. Test plots and
data are displayed in real time, stored and exported to
PC programs such as Microsoft Excel. Both simple
ramps and sophisticated waveforms can be created easily
and stored. Multi step or segment tests can have multiple
control modes, data acquisition rates, and limits. The controller
also features very high resolution control and measurement
specifications.
R Series systems are needed where test setups
or operators change day to day and its hard to predict tomorrow’s
requirements - such as contract test labs, research labs,
and corporate R&D centers. These PID servocontrolled systems
include an extensive list of analyses, networked data file
storage, and load, strain and position channels with optional
transverse or biaxial strain channels.

M PLUS Software for any M Series
Test Machine
The M PLUS Software program is an
inexpensive option for any M Machine. The M Controller relies
on an RS232 interface and M Plus gathers data in real time
and allows the operator to launch tests and change test
variables using a PC. The product performs real time data
plotting and includes test analysis software modules to
perform industry standard tests. Applications include Education,
Teaching, orthopedic devices, production tests, Foam, Wire,
Welds, industrial components, sport products, all materials
and products.
